The Drop In, which now consists of three houses, has been in existence for over 15 years. Each house has an individual character. This allows us to cover the wishes and requirements of a large target group. Young, sports-loving people, singles or couples, beginners, surf cracks or even non-surfers who want to vacation in a relaxed atmosphere – it doesn’t matter, everyone feels at home with us… The core of the vacation is our TEAM. Always concerned about the personality of the guest and fully integrated into the vacation experience, our house managers, teamers and surf instructors ensure a great vacation. They are initiators, supervisors and a new member of the group every week.

YOU ARE A HOST
Have a great time with nice people in an informal atmosphere of sport, action and relaxation. You provide for the relaxed, informal atmosphere with your team and by all means with your very personal touch. You make guests feel like you’re there for them. You organize, motivate and are always in the thick of things.
YOU ARE A TEAM PLAYER
We attach great importance to this: here with us, you work in a team. We help each other. As a member of the team, you are jointly responsible for the overall vacation atmosphere.
INDEPENDENCE AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
After a settling-in phase, we expect our employees to see and carry out their tasks independently, to organize themselves accordingly and to be able to rely on each individual. We give you a lot of responsibility, which you must be able to bear towards the guests and the team.

The work for the well-being of our guests takes place at many levels of activity. That’s why it’s important that you have a versatile interest and are flexible. We have three houses here in Lourinha with different locations, so the respective tasks vary depending on the house and of course the scope and effort also depends on whether it is the low or high season.

YOUR TASKS:
* Supervision and animation of the guests during all our activities
* Preparation of the breakfast buffet and preparation/dinner on 3 evenings
* Daily cleaning of the common areas, kitchen and bathrooms as well as cleaning and preparation of the rooms on changeover day
* Shopping
* Garden and repair work
* Transfers (airport, beach, shopping, etc.)
YOUR PROFILE:
* age 21+
* you are sociable, communicative and a host through and through
* you are always in a good mood and want to hang out with our guests
* you motivate and are always in the middle of things
* you are friendly, courteous, responsible and reliable
* you have a sense of order and cleanliness and at best you are talented in manual work
* you have team spirit
* you have a class B driver’s license and have no problem driving our minibuses

SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING
The world of Instagram, TikTok and co. is your hobbyhorse. Are you familiar with strategies and how social media channels work and do you follow trends and current developments? Do you like taking photos and are you familiar with shooting, editing and producing video clips? Then this is exactly the right job for you!

YOUR TASKS:
* Produce content in the form of videos and photos
* Independently manage our Instagram & TikTok accounts
* Shoot surf photos of our surf course participants
* Support the team on changeover day (airport transfers etc.)
YOUR PROFILE:
* age 24+
* you are creative
* you are fit in social media
* you have skills in video and photo editing
* you are always in the middle of things and involved in everything
* you are friendly, courteous, responsible and reliable
* you have team spirit
* you have a class B driver’s license and have no problem driving our minibuses

YOUR TASKS:
* Running the surf courses (5 days per week, max. 8 surf students)
* Care and control of the surf equipment
* Transfers to the spots
* Contact person for the guests
* Clean the car once a week
* Support the team on changeover day (airport transfer etc.)
* Participation in “normal” camp life, as a surf instructor you are part of the “normal” team
YOUR PROFILE:
* age 21+
* valid surf instructor training (IPDJ, ISA, ASA, BSA) & lifeguard
* you have a class B driving license and no problem driving our minibuses
* you are communicative and enjoy hanging out with our guests and participating in camp life
* you work independently, structured & reliable
* you are a team player
* good mood

YOUR TASKS:
* You are the main person responsible for the respective house (procedures in the house, cleanliness and maintenance of the house)
* Management of the team, work allocation of the teamers
* Proper handling of daily tasks (breakfast, dinner, cleaning, etc.))
* Financial responsibility/budget management (weekly accounting, income & expenditure lists)
* You are the contact person for our guests at any time of the day
* Support and animation of the guests in all our activities
* Active assistance and implementation of the daily and weekly program
* Preparation of the breakfast buffet and preparation/preparation of dinner on 3 evenings
* Support of the teamers in the daily cleaning of the common rooms, kitchen and bathrooms as well as cleaning and preparation of the rooms on changeover day
* Shopping * Garden and repair work
